Dr. Sandi Williams
Sandi Williams is an engaging speaker, effective motivator and leader, with extensive experience and success as a not for profit business executive. This was her professional work but in her spare time, she engaged in her passion of teaching women to translate their professional experience, tenacity and clarity of vision to achieve their passion. Over the years she has hosted seminars, webinars, and conferences and provided one on one counseling to women who want to change their lives for the better. She has a relaxed, humorous, and energetic style that is both refreshing and inspiring. Her first publication 100 Days of Transformation was a systematic approach to finding passion and focus.

Sandi is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the largest scientific and professional organization of psychologists in the United States and Canada, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), a professional association of individuals and organizations that generates philanthropic support for a wide variety of charitable institutions. She has a BA, MA and PhD in Psychology with honors from American University and Capella University respectively. Her entire studies she graduated with honors. Sandi is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania, Fels School of Government, Social Innovations Lab – 2014 Cohort. Sandi is an international scholar and an active member of the prestigious Golden Key International Honour Society in which noted scholars Desmond Tutu and President Bill Clinton are members.
Sandi is an expert in bridge building-helping women move from their work to their passion. Sandi is an expert in life transitions and bridge building with over 20 research papers on life, life challenges and transitions she is uniquely qualified to assist individuals have life and live it more abundantly.
As Founder of A Wealth of Women International and A Wealth of Women Ghana (Bridget Kyerematen Darko Division), Sandi has engaged and attracted to the A Wealth of Women Fanpage over 12,500 women from all over the world who are committed to finding their passion. Along with several significant consulting roles Sandi currently serves as Chief of Operations and Strategic Partnerships for MicroSociety International an educational reform organization that operates in 40 US states and 4 countries (Bermuda, Canada, South America and South Korea).
